Hood and Jogs – Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If
you’re not fully satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days from the
date of purchase with receipt.
Items can be returned if they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, or sealed hygiene items once unsealed.
- Items altered, damaged, or worn.
- Final sale or clearance items (where marked).
1. Visit our Returns Centre on the website. Email to support@hoodnjogs.co.uk
2. Generate your return label (if available) or arrange a shipping at your own
cost.
3. Pack items securely with order details.
4. Ship to the returns address provided.
We recommend tracked postage and retaining proof of return.
- Refunds will be made to your original
payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If returned items are not in resell able condition, we may reduce or refuse the refund.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items,
Hood and Jogs will cover return postage with the refund.
- For change-of-mind & any other reasons the customer is responsible to pay for the return postage
costs.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a
different item, please place a new order after your refund is issued.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or
incorrect item, contact support@hoodandjogs.co.uk with photos. We will resolve
this promptly in line with your legal rights.
